Just had the STS boys out to fix up our sewer issue. Such a gun team, very efficient and so nice to deal with
I called STS to fix a faulty cistern. David fixed the problem quickly by replacing the inlet valve, but every now and then the problem would come back. Finally called STS after 6 months, David again came, fitted a new valve under warranty. No fuss - no questions - NO COST. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend these guys.

We had 2 bathrooms updated, we are very happy with how it has turned out, the team are courteous, professional and polite, including sub-contractors. When days and times are scheduled they are on time, and have been flexible when asked, they are as quiet as possible considering the work, and we have found the office team to be prompt in responding and keeping us up to date.
