The STS team worked magic to finish a whole 1500sqft basement for us in expected schedule and excellent finishing while offering reasonable pricing. I can’t see that basement done the way it was for same cost by someone else. I also have to say they were very polite and professional.
Sam and his team at STS Homes work with an astonishing level of commitment and professionalism. Sam's leadership and management have ensured my 100% satisfaction. My kitchen is now bright and new, with beautiful 2x2 floor tiles, quartz countertops and backsplash, new sink, plumbing and faucet, and custom cabinets precisely to my liking. My experience with STS Homes was great. Sam and his team completed a bathroom reno for us. The communication throughout was amazing - Sam and Abdel talked through the work to be done each day and the plan for the coming days so I always knew where the project was at.
