STS Homes fully renovated our unfinished basement, adding a rec room, bedroom, bathroom and storage areas. We also had our main floor bathroom fully renovated. Sam is very professional, punctual, and accommodating. The quotes were very fair, especially for the amount of work involved. The end results look fantastic! I am so much pleased with the work Sam and his team have done at my place. I wanted to get my basement converted to a legal basement. Here STS Homes worked seamlessly with the entire process - design and drawings, City permits, inspections and many others. STS coordinated all work with the City, and this is not an easy process. Sam and his team did a great job of replacing the flooring with new vinyl flooring in my condo unit with my furniture still being there, being careful and making sure not to damage anything. The new flooring looked amazing once it was completed! He also attached new baseboards and reinforced the caulking of my bathtub. They accomplished all of this in just 2 days, and the quoted price for this work was competitive. Would use Sam’s services again!
