Called in with a starter issue and owner walked straight past totally ignored us then when I begged for help he replied “well we have to find parts and we are busy this week” didn’t even know if we needed parts? We went around to another who found a hidden detached wire in 5 minutes and we were on the road again. Very bad service and ignorance
Heading up from Geelong to Cape York and had issues with the car and caravan brake controller. Had to divert to Dubbo, rang around a number auto electricians (who were booked out weeks in advance) but Tim fit us in and found a couple of blown fuses in a tough to find location, he had us on our way with only a day delay in our trip. Many thanks to Tim and the team for accomodating us and your professional work!
I just wanted to express my gratitude to STS electric. I had an emergency for both my car and my caravan and Tim at STS electric was there to save the day. Tim, the electrician from STS very kindly did the following jobs for me: Wired a second battery in the canopy and made sure that the fridge connected to it worked perfectly. Fitted an air compressor and a bracket that I had already provided, also connected to the second battery. Installed 2 extra Anderson plug, one red and one gray and changed a 7 pin plug to a 12 pin one... read more
So happy with service we received from these guys!! We were travelling & had an issue with the electrics in our van, on day 3 of our 4 month trip. They agreed to have a look at it (even though they were clearly busy) & we lost a day of travel but they fixed all the issues plus a few we didn’t know we had.. thank you so much, got us back on the road & everything is working well. Highly recommend
