Just had Stryker come out again to my house for a new problem, they were accomodating, courteous and the technician (Joe) instructed me on a little preventive maintenance. Felt well tended to....I've posted a review 5 years ago....and they still are top tier.
Have had 2 experiences, one on HVAC in 2019 in the summer, and just now for plumbing. They are the best, they take the call, get you in quickly, and are honest about time and mateiral costs upfront and clean up after.
Very Professional, knowledgeable and cost affordable. Mr. Brandon is a nice person who took the time to listen and answer all my questions. I highly recommend him for any plumbing service. Thanks
Made an appointment to get info on a new unit and they never showed up. Waited all afternoon for nothing. No message. No text no email. Then they said oh we called in the morning to confirm but nobody answered so we didn’t come. Really? Don’t waste your time.
They always answer their phones whenever you call and are prompt in getting you scheduled when the heat is not working. R.J. in particular is very thorough and diligent in his work!
