Incredibly professional and very nice! Came out the same day & fixed our issues! I highly recommend!!
During a holiday visit and right in the middle of the week between Christmas and NYE a large rooftop furnace on one of my parents' commercial buildings in Crown Point went out. I called 3-4 HVAC companies and Matt Struven, owner of Struven heating, was the only one to come out quickly and followed up with me a couple times while the other companies were taking their time getting me quotes. Appreciate Struven coming out the next morning after we called. Found us a furnace & water heater within our spending limit. Picked up our furnace & installed 2 days later so we could get both fixed in 1 day. Was great about explaining everything 2 myself & parents. Then had issue cuz our exhaust pipe froze & he came out @ 5am & fixed the pipe. Grateful that he came asap on both times we called him out. Thanks Struven!!! I'll never call another hvac company again!!!
