I can’t recommend Struven Heating and Cooling enough! First, I had my water heater replaced. Then, I decided to get my old furnace and AC replaced too. Matt is truly phenomenal. He is so hardworking and knowledgeable. He thoroughly explains everything, including various options. I could not be happier! I got high quality equipment at great pricing and recommend this company for any HVAC needs!

My family’s furnace went out during the night when the weather was at -2 degrees. Once it was morning, I gave a call to Matt in regards to our furnace being completely out. He had arrangements to do another job that day, but prioritized our furnace as an emergency installment due to the weather being so brutally cold. Matt presented all options that were available for my family. Called them to help when our furnace went out. The response time was quick and Matt was very professional and informative. By the next afternoon we had our new furnace installed and our worries were over. We were so impressed with the level of service we are going to have a new air conditioner put in before the summer heat comes.
