These guys are the real deal. I called them on a recommendation from a friend, and I'm so thankful they told me about Strutton. I received a bad quote from my prior plumber, so I brought Strutton in for a second opinion. I ended up having to replace all 3 of my toilets. I purchased the toilets through Strutton, which came with a 1 year warranty. Even though, I did not have the pleasure of having Strutton work on my plumbing; they were very kind, understanding, and made professional recommendations for other plumbers who might be able to help instead of leaving me on my own.
First of all let me say that I usually use a small family-owned company for my plumbing needs, but yesterday I had an emergency and they weren't available. On a recommendation from a friend I phoned Strutton, and am glad I did. The whole process was smooth and everyone I dealt with was courteous.
