Cranky service!! Should have been easy 1 stainless strut don’t waste your time.
Not Recommended at all ... after showing John photos of struts needing replacing and some work he had to do, he said yes, but did not give me a price ... After he changed the day of our initial booking, I brought my caravan over and asked him best way for us to do the job ... he threw an angry tantrum and walked off ... bizarre personality behaviour and extremely unprofessional. I think maybe he was dishonest from the start ... When I asked his wife what is going on, she defended him and basically ignored me ... I drove away... read more
John and Jenny have been amazing with their service, pricing and timing. I presented John with a challenging job and he not only got the job done but reassured me through the entire process. Highly recommend them for all your strut needs.
Unfriendly and cranky customer service. No time between jobs to even have a look. Went to a local hardware and got a new strut for $25. Fitted it in 2 minutes. They just pop in and out. Don't waste your money, do it yourself.
Fantastic service. Was able to replace my chair gas strut on the spot at a great rate. Highly recommend.
