Good service rude receptionist
I did step in the other day for a quick visit and was so surprised I had to put up with the newest technician’s attitude and mouth: Carlos. For someone who knew next to nothing, he sure made a whole bunch of noise. (It is worth not hint that I absolutely love this place, everything they stand for and how friendly all the staff is- there’s a reason I’ve been going here for many years and have donated regularly as well.) I can’t even begin to explain how wonderful this establishment is! I went from Urgent Care at SF General (horrible experience) to Strut (most incredible medical experience I’ve probably ever had). At Strut, they are kind, gentle, helpful, and the office is such a warm, fabulous vibe. I was having UTI issues and also currently have no health insurance which was terrifying BUT everyone at Strut took such good care of me.
