This company always resolves any pluming and dryer vent cleaning problem that arises. The are professional, respectful, and honest. Good communication, friendly, and service oriented. I would and have recommended them to friends and family.
Rick was a great guy and provided outstanding service in repairing a leak in the wall and then several external hose bib replacements. Four months later, in January 2026, there was an issue with one of the hose bibs breaking. Perhaps this was due to the cold weather. At first, the company was going to charge me for the repair and then I talked to Nate Strauss and he graciously covered the cost and I was amazed at the outstanding level of Customer Service. I will continue go to truce for all my plumbing needs.
My husband and I have tried other plumbing services in town, but we are so happy we have trusted Struse Plumbing with all of our plumbing needs. Getting an appointment is easy, and it is definitely a joy to talk to Ms. McLean the customer service representative. The technicians are professional and very friendly as well. Wonderful company!
