Top notch service! Very quick and personable. Highly recommend.
BOB was courteous, professional, and persevering. It was not an easy fix as the cartridge was frozen and required extreme strength to remove, but he never gave up and, after much effort, he was able to get it out and fix the leak.
We called at the end of the day for a leak near our meter where a rat had possibly chewed the PEX pipe. Struse came out first thing in the morning as soon as they opened. Workers were quick and efficient to repair the pipe. Thank you! I would use this company again.
The technician, Rick, was knowledgeable and explained all of the necessary steps. He completed both tasks in a reasonable time and cleaned everything. We were very satisfied.
