I had a very unpleasant amd disappointing experience at this clinic due to Dr. Strugurescu’s communication style. (I gave 2 stars for the courteous treatment from the dentist assistant and the conceirge). From the start, his manner felt abrupt and dismissive. He used a hand gesture to signal for me to get onto the dental chair rather than speaking. Dr. Sasan was amazing ! Felt relaxed & calm during my fillings. His team is great as well. Highly recommend
The hygienist was friendly and professional. My teeth feel super clean and the whole visit was comfortable.
The cleaning was quick, gentle, and very thorough. My teeth feel fresh and look much better after the appointment.
Worst experience ever, wouldn’t recommend it. The female there was very bitter and crude.
