The receptionist Hala was very friendly and helpful and welcoming. She helped me with my problem swiftly and I couldn’t be happier!
I've been living here for more than 5 years. Most of the maintenance requests could be fixed but not always promptly --except urgent issune like a clogged drain . I also want to say something for my favorite agent Jingzi. She's kind, helpful, and professional. Sometimes I reach out to her for an issue that is not even part of her job, but she still refers it t o right person and follows up untill it's solved. That makes me feel valued and cared for.
5 stars for Patrick and Georgette (receptionist) , without these 2, the process would have been taken 2 months to fix the electric line in my kitchen (as other reviews mentioned the lousy process they have in place that never works on time) . I was suggested to “adjust” for 5 days using a candle in the kitchen to cook!! Patrick made sure that the electrician comes asap to fix kitchen line.
