A tree fell on our house causing not substantial roof damage outside and structural damage inside. Of 8 companies that we requested estimates, Mark Murphy with SHS was one of three contractors who showed up to give a detailed estimate. Insurance denied our claim, but still he stuck with us through the slog of Fannie Mae paperwork required for a traditional loan. From the moment I inquired about getting an estimate, to the moment they finished replacing my roof, Andres was very responsive and easy to get in touch with. I got several estimates from different companies and went with SHS originally because they were priced most competitively (a wonderful value for the job they did). My new roof looks great and overall, they did a fantastic job. I would absolutely use them again for any additional projects or repairs.
