Fantastic experience working with Charlie. Our recently built, 7-unit condo building was experiencing flooding in the bottom units. Charlie oversaw the entire process from investigation, excavation, to eventual repairs. This was nearly a year-long process and our condo was lucky to be working with Charlie. He was honest, thorough, prepared professional-level documents (including for legal use), and overall was just great to work with. Would recommend to anyone looking for a structural engineer.

I hired Structural Solutions to design a roof deck, giving them $475 as a retainer. They'd given me an estimated schedule of 2-3 for completion. Two weeks after receiving my retainer and not returning my calls I was informed that the engineer working on the project left the firm. Personnel changes happen, but then I was then informed that it uncertain when anyone else in the firm would be able to perform my job. Okay, so I'd like my retainer returned.
