I've been working through a lot of structural challenges with my body. I found Adam's approach to be very helpful in this process. He's very knowledgeable and thorough, with both a firm and gentle approach depending on what was required, and he always ensured I understood and was comfortable with the process. *** adding to my previous review - my back pain is virtually gone and my posture is the best it’s ever been in my life. thanks Adam - I’ll be sending everyone your way! *** Honestly - the amount of knowledge Adam has and his ability to spot exactly what your body needs is amazing. Would definitely recommend - 10/10
My experience with Adam has been great. I’ve been struggling with deep dysfunctions for many years. I’ve seen quite a few skilled RMTs and other practitioners in the field but Adam’s knowledge, skillset and techniques are like no one else’s that I’ve encountered. My quality of life has improved dramatically and I couldn’t be happier with his services. I highly recommend!

I've tried chiropractors, deep tissue massage, fascial stretch therapy, and osteop... read more
