Great experience with Adam. Been having nagging back and neck pains that other physios/RMTs were not able to resolve. We worked on identifying problem areas and he worked on releasing the 'locks' and gave me targete exercises and stretches to continue at home. Location is also very accessible and convenient, right at Davisville TTC station. Will definitely be coming back for maintenance and if new issues come up.
