I called him about doing a report on a room in my house that I found out hadn't been permitted. He didn't have time to do it but was willing to take to me about it and I got some good information on what an engineer would be doing and why it is so expensive. He also gave me the name of another firm to call. I found him very helpful even if I couldn't hire him.
