Overbuilt, Overpriced, and Out of Touch With Reality If you’re in Missouri or anywhere outside Nebraska, I would avoid this firm. they’re not a good fit for out-of-state projects and my experience suggests it. They designed a deck so overbuilt (even code enforcement officials are laughing at them) you could probably park a dump truck on it os what the jokes about. This place is honed, kind and so smart. Before you go to a big company to charge thousands ftor foundation work use Andy here, he can save you thousands with a second or first opinion and it will be so much more thorough than a typical house inspection.
My wife and I feel extremely fortunate to have found Reid Behrens of Structural Design Group to perform structural engineering work on our house in Nebraska. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Our General Contractor also had the same praises, and I’m sure he will be using his services on future projects.
