Arthritic knees were keeping me from being able to exercise without significant pain. After second Focused Shock Wave session I had tremendous relief! With EMTT and laser treatments the improvement from the Focused Shock Wave was cemented. So glad I tried these procedures!

Structural Based Therapy in Johns Creek is just awesome! I've felt a lot less pain and can move so much easier now. They really got me feeling better fast, and that's a huge relief. The doc listens and truly understands, which makes all the difference. I'm so grateful for the care I received and how much better I feel now!

Good afternoon, I was referred by a co-worker to see Dr. Mairino at SBT. I must said my visit was beyond the best, I look forward continuing my visits to get back feeling myself again. If you are looking for the best I recommend scheduling an appointment you want be disappointed.

Structural Based Therapy in Johns Creek is great! When I walked in, the space felt friendly and professional. My therapist always listened and made my sessions just for me, which helped a lot. The provider listens and truly understands what's going on, and that makes a big difference. I'm moving better now, and I'm really happy with how I feel!
