this was by far the worst customer service experience. I’ve had in a very long time. I asked the lady at the front if she knew the weight for a chair I wanted to purchase. She said “no we don’t get that info at store level” I said ok, it’s not on your website so was hoping the store had this info. She says no, they don’t give out that info. I said do you know if head office may have that? She says “you can try” I say ok can I please get that number? She says “You can just google it” I have no words for my experience. Amazing service, very friendly and even let me toddlers use the employee restroom. The designs that they have or "merchandising" really helps customers envision what to put in their house. The table, chairs and picture of New York is all from structube

Absolutely horrible customer service!Complaint Kitchener ontario Hello, I have been a customer of structube for the past 3 years. I mostly do all my shopping withing the Guelph location However, I recently had to go into the Kitchener location for plastic wrapping for my couch that I'm returning (soft 5pcs) I arrived at the store at 4:45 pm 4 ladies are in the back corner sitting on a couch.
