These folks were a dream to deal with. I had a big job running a new sewer line from my old home, underground, through an easement, and connecting to the county sewer. I dealt with Brandon, and he was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and detail oriented. Communication before, during, and after was fantastic. The job turned out great and they were reasonable on the cost. I would definitely recommend Strub's to my family and friends.
I just shared a comment about how they had caused leak on one my jobs I didn't to ask them to cover the repair. They just pointed this out!!! I never I should have had to ask! I Just ended up handling it myself because I didn't want the hassle or waste more time waiting for them to take care of it. The owner response was writing a nasty review against my company. I just wanted good service for my customer and this not the company.
Very professional and their work is beyond any plumbing company that I have delt with..keep up the outstanding work guys!!
