This place is by far one of the worst storage facilities I have ever encountered in the battle creek area. I have known MR. STRUBLE many many years. Great guy but seemed to have let his grandson run the facility now. Broken glass in drive along with junk. No power to any of the units that is advertised as an amenity. Severely poor customer service. Made up rules and hours of operation as needed to fit what seems to be the grandsons' needs. I can't wait to move from this facility and never go back.
