These people lie to me and omitted Vital Information from the very beginning! They also told me this house was out in the country and and I think it's within a month after my closing on the property I find out the city of Harlingen has annexed our land and we're in the city! They misrepresented themselves on the listing of my property and they omitted telling me about the drainage ditch that hits 1/4 Mile behind our house on 508 that floods the whole area whenever Harlingen gets any type of rain storm! These people misled, omitted information and outright lied to me the whole time I was buying their listing. They advertised my house as country living and right after I close I find out the city of Harlingen has bought all of the land where I'm at. They never told me about the drainage ditch that overflows and flooded their home back in 2008 during the hurricane! These people should lose their licenses and if you want a good home buying experience do not choose these they are not professionals! They should lose their license... read more
