I felt that Dr Strow was cold and not personable at all, staff was unprofessional and Ive seen 1 of them at a tanning booth! Really?? A dermatologist employee and a tanning booth? WHAT does that say not only of employee BUT Dr Strow and her practice??!! They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. They seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures, but I'm not really sure. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. They m... read more

My complaint with this Dr. is that two other women came into the exam room with the Dr. They were never introduced. I requested a full body mole/ skin cancer exam & it was very carelessly done. I almost felt like she was embarrassed to give it. I will not use this Dr. again.
