Bought a new rancher along with the normal bar oil fuel and ab extra chain. Finally got it out to use it performed very good. Chaun came off and damaged the drive dogs. So I go to the new Amount can I put all new things in for this saw pulled out the extra chain and its 2 links short. Wife in town stops and buys 2 more correct length. I dropped off my Stihl chainsaw for them to have a look at and possibly give it a tun-up. The guy at the register wrote my contact information down wrong and they never contacted me.... months later I stopped in the store and they told me my saw had "gone out the back door". I ended up getting a little heated and everybody just clammed up!!!!!
