I cannot stress enough- GO ELSEWHERE. In your grief- GO ELSEWHERE. The service itself was fine. The experience past that has been nothing but a nightmare. First, when we attempted to set up an initial payment plan they had our account written out on the pack of a sheet of computer paper. Second, our family had attempted to make payments on our mothers funeral on several occasions over the phone only to be told numerous times that there wasn't anyone in the office who could take the payment and to call back. RecommendedThe staff was so sympathetic when my father passed back in 2018. They were so kind and cooperative in making sure his celebration of life reflected his wishes. I look at his memorial card everyday and I am reminded of how assured I feel knowing that everything was handled with the upmost care and respect. If you have a loved one who has passed, check Strouf out because they made the grieving process painless and put my worries at ease.
unethical. if I could erase my past review of this funeral home I WOULD! The funeral director Rob has gone so beyond boundaries its unbelievable and I have to deal with the trauma from it all. I hope non of my family members get our loved ones taken care of here ever again. I am not sure why thus happened to me, I know I did not ask for it. I also would like to say that at the tike we had my dads services there was an application put through the state of Wisconsin to help pay for costs. Per our records your father passed in 2016, we have made many attempts in the past 4 years to contact the signee on the contract with zero response. Rob and Jennifer are such a blessing from above. Even though this was a very difficult time for our family Rob and Jennifer was there every step of the way. They treated my family as family of there very own. They made sure my mommy’s home going was the best it could have possibly been. Rob and Jennifer are very heartwarming and family orientated. If I could give them a million stars I would. Thank you Rob & Jennifer from the bottom of all of our hearts for everything you did for our Mom!
