Tried to cancel an order on Monday I made Saturday and they would not cancel. No return options. Great service when you’re buying and as long as you have no issues I’m sure they are great. The lady would not even look to see if she could help.
We just had such a great experience with Stroud’s. We had bought a zero gravity couch during the pandemic and it was necessary due to injuries from an accident. We had to buy a floor model because couches were 10 or 12 months out at the time due to supply chain issues. I lived on this couch as I recovered from multiple surgeries.
