Extremely disappointed with service after the sale. Up until I had an issue, things were great but I had a bad truss with my building package and was promised follow up from Ben Stroud as we were desperately trying to figure out a solution. Ben Stroud assured me he would follow up after a conversation with Mike (his dad) and I have yet to have any update (a week later).
