Notoriously horrible customer service Brought my vehicle here after a car accident. They fought the insurance company every inch of the way and let me out in the cold and deal with it. Strouds attempt to bully you and your insurance company and leaves you with a car in pieces so you can easily move it else where. I beg you to find anywhere else to get your car repaired then here.
Ridiculous Stroud's was an absolute hassle to say the least. They refuse to work with the insurance company but rather take advantage of your vehicle being in their shop performing additional repairs while not informing the insurance company. The company believes they do not need to do the proper paperwork thus you are without a vehicle waiting on everything to be sorted out because Stroud's would rather rack up a large bill that you are left to pay.
