Interesting how our previous 1 star review has disappeared along with any other less than glowing ones of recent years. How is that allowed?Painful and unfulfilling building experience with no response to numerous email and telephone contacts by us to have a 12 month review and rectification done, understandable given our previous review, but yet another example of their unprofessionalism by not stating that to us rather than ghosting us. And then today we get an invitation to their tree planting day???? Not recommended
This team have taken time to understand my lifestyle needs, matching me to an existing house design, and then modifying for my custom additional wants/needs. I cannot wait to move in. I completely recommend Stroud Homes Caloundra.
This was our first time building a home. Everything was amazing. From our very modified standard design process with Chris, through the preconstruction phase and our site supervisor was incredible. They kept us updated every week with pictures and offered walkthroughs at every stage. Our inclusions were great, and the contract was really clear on what we were getting. We did some variations after the contract but that was the only change. I can't wait to build with them again. Highly recommended!!
Stroud homes Caloundra have been an absolute pleasure to build with! They made a very easy and comfortable process in building our dream home. Heath was amazing to work with during this time, always on top of things and ensuring our home was built to the best standard.
