Wish I had checked into Stroud & Associates & E Star Homes (owned by Stroud) better. Bryce , my realtor did not disclose many things that I would have liked to know before buying. 1. house was on a private street, Bryce said he did not know. They are now taking bids to pave the street, my part is $2500. 2. There was a basement on lot that was filled with dirt before building new house. Bryce said he did not have to tell me that.
