This office charge my clients $750 for a settlement fee for closing a real estate transaction. The fee to the buyer was also $100 higher than the fee charged to the seller. The highest I have ever seen in 13 years of real estate. Communication during the process was poor. I would not recommend using them for a real estate closing.
