As a brand new customer, Stroop's came and serviced my mini split units they didn't sell nor install within a matter of hours in a 90 degree Tennessee summer after I'd called. Performed a much more thorough job than the installing contractor whom had just been out to "clean" them 2 weeks prior, and and Stroop's even called back more than once to confirm how our systems were functioning.
I can't say enough great things about Stroops and their staff. I have used them on multiple properties and they have been extremely prompt, typically the same day, very reasonably priced, and most of all, I have not dealt with another company that had a friendlier staff. Excellent service, quality and reasonable pricing. They were great. They know geothermal products and can service them.
We used Stroops for our entire HVAC system for our new build. We are so happy with our experience, and that says a lot because it was one of the bigger expenses we had to make for our home. I would spend that money 10x over again with them. We have lived in our house for around 6 months now and are extremely happy with how the unit heats and cools the house, but we were a little unhappy with the placement of our unit due to it being right outside from where we sleep. They provide very prompt service, and they will tell you exactly what is wrong and how long it will take to fix it. I would highly recommend them to everyone!
