Used Strong Tower a couple of times. Very professional, knowledgeable and reasonable. We will continue to use them.
Kevin is absolutely the greatest HVAC professional I have ever dealt with. He is honest and fixed my A/C issues. We have called him over the years for maintenance, new parts. He is God sent!
The technician provided excellent service. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to make sure the air conditioner was working properly before leaving. He explained everything clearly and even helped me set up the app on my phone so I could control the system. I really appreciated the extra time he took to make sure everything was working and that I understood how to use it. Great service all around.
