I wish I could give 0 stars. I have a plumbing issue I needed resolved. The company told me on a Monday that they would be out Friday between 9:3-10:30 for repairs. Not only did they not show up but after calling for over two hours I was met with hostility and told that my appointment was never booked. I highly recommend going elsewhere for your plumbing needs, as this company is completely unreliable and unprofessional. I had an emergency situation with a leak in my ceiling and my co-worker referred them. Jason came to fix the problem and he was excellent!! He not only fixed the problem, but he also educated me about how the problem occurred and what I can do for maintenance in the future. I now have a better understanding of what is going on with my plumbing and the problem is fixed! Thanks Guys
