Everyone is very talented! The Vibe as soon as I walked in was very welcoming. The best part is the mvp is included into the price so I don't have to pay extra like other stores.
Poor experience with Crystal! I felt rushed the entire experience. Whenever Crystal would talk to me, she'd interrupt the literal minute a guest walked in the door. She seemed to be a better receptionist than a stylist - as she'd lose focus and instead ask about checking in online. She originally asked if I wanted an MVP, and I mentioned I'm good.
