I asked for an itemized invoice and was told all they can give me is the grand total. Why is it a secret? I'm asking for information on my bill. I know there is a markup on everything, why can't I know exactly what I paid for? I have recommended them to family and friends I'll be sure to tell them about this instance also. The whole exchange on the phone made it feel very shady, very disappointed have been using them for a while.
