Dropped in at Strongside for a class, and Stephanie was the coach. She was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable and included the entire time. I really enjoyed the class and appreciated how friendly the members were. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in town!
I had such a great experience at the strongside Rosewell location! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how clean, well-maintained, and organized the space was. I have been coming 3-4 times per week over the past month or so and I love this place! I have been skeptical of finding a place that was a good fit for me because there are several things I don't like about some of the successful group training/fitness places I have tried before. Some try to hard to create a club type feel with super loud music, club-type light effects, and over the top enthusiastic trainers. I came here from CrossFit Sweat Mountain and immediately felt welcomed. The people and the coaches are amazing and so encouraging. I really enjoy working out here and hope to continue for a while! The community gives you a wonderful place to better yourself and push your goals!!
