This company "?" Was contracted by our home warranty company to fix our washing machine. Never communicated correctly or on time. Showed up days after appointment And lied about coming back to fix it. When we reached them They were very rude and unprofessional and said " they were doing us a favor " ?!! Knowing they were getting PAID for their service by the warranty company. Companie like these should not be in business in the 21st century. AT ALL.
He never showed up and when called he didn't apologize. UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. DO NOT HIRE! I took the day off work and waited all day for nothing
These jokers were assigned the job by my home warranty company. After a month of my parts being on order I contacted the warranty company. To my surprise the parts were in, so a service appointment was scheduled. The technician/owner arrived saying wrong parts. Fine. Parts were ordered again. After 2 weeks I called the warranty company to see if the parts were in, and again they were. The warranty company contacted these jokers on a three way call. Service was scheduled for Friday. Removed and installed dishwasher when first servicer was unable to complete service. Highly recommended.
Unreliable. Missed two appointments and left me waiting around for him all day. Unprofessional on the phone.
Strong's is reliable and gives great service at a reasonable price. Whenever we need an appliance repair we always call Strong's!

Burt Never completes job. Have not had refrigerator since July 4, he was sent by American Home Shield and will not return their voice mails or emails to tell them our refrigerator can’t be fixed. Would never, ever use or recommend them. We have had a hard time contacting him as well. He has no business doing any kind of repairs. A con artist.
Bert is the Best! kept troubleshooting until he found fix for Icemaker in Whirlpool Frig. Excellent communication throughout and would highly recommend!
