Awesome strong man gym with a great range of equipment that can cater to your average weight lifter or bodybuilder as well. One of the rare Melbourne gyms with Strive equipment! Huge range of accessories, rehab items etc. 2 very friendly dogs that are very motivational between sets. Best gym I have ever been a member of. There is so much non standard gym equipment here that you wouldn't dream of finding in a commercial gym, including strongman and powerlifting gear, etc. Great people, great owner, great place to train and get strong/healthy/whatever your goals may be.
