Very friendly. Clean property
My experience with All my storage units I have had since 2015 has been great just because of Debbie n how she runs it n how she is with All of us Tenants...as we all know things never stay the same but we hope the new owners don't change too much n pray prices don't go up.....thank you
Ever since the new company took over, they have no communication skills and they are over charging people for insurance when you already have it and I am switching to a different storage place. I am not happy at all!!! I forgot to mention that Debbie is the only person who seems to know what is going on and very helpful in situations and she has been there a long time. I hope they appreciate her.
The experience was nice and the woman on the phone saved me money by calling back with the prorated amount!! I think her name was Mandy? I’m (Kay)
Move-in was so easy and the customer service was great! The location is also very clean & safe.
