I found SGR on Instagram years ago when it was a bunch of women in a garage and sadly was too intimidated and uncomfortable to do more than watch. I finally took the plunge in May of 2023 and haven't looked back. Nancy makes me feel cared about, comfortable, valued, seen, and heard. I go here about 1-3 times a week for my strength training and workouts and Nancy is absolutely amazing! I love being able to go to the gym and feel safe and heard. I recommend Strong Girl Revolution if you want to become stronger and workout in a way thats best for you!
I've been training with Nancy for a year now. I spotted StrongGirl Revolution one day as I was going into my hair salon for an appointment in the same shopping center.
