I've been working with Frank for about two months. He is excellent, both in his level of knowledge about and his experience in guiding a training program. He know how to select exercises for the training and how to push for improvement. Higly recommended.
Stronger is an amazing gym. I am not a gym person and do not normally go to a gym, but this place is an exception. I started with Frank for nutrition and soon found myself doing the workouts. I am so happy I did. I have lost weight and have gotten stronger and will continue to. Thanks to all the phenomenal coaches and the Stronger community.
Great place to work out. Staff are very knowledgeable and monitor clients closely.
