What an AMAZING office! Everyone was so nice and VERY supportive! I have a wound that has not totally healed since mid December! My first visit and treatment was awesome! Going back in three weeks! The nurse even coordinated my supplies being shipped to my home by Federal Express!
Let me start by saying that coming here wouldn't have been necessary if Thompson's wound care specialists would have recognized the necrotic tissue in my leg; however, I'm very glad my primary doctor sent me here because these guys know what they are doing. By the time my doctor sent me here, there was 2 hours worth of dead tissue removal in store for me. Thankfully Cindy and her team made it as easy of a process as they could, and were with me every step of the way. Thank you all so much!
I took my Mom here. She was treated very well. Time was taken to interact with her and care was excellent.. I applause the staff. Thank you.
Always waiting 30 minutes plus after scheduled appointment.
