I have had a great experience at this office in Spencerport. I've dealt with almost all the staff and they are great and I receive good care.
The NP (Stephanie L) at this office is condescending, rude and twists the facts to support her agenda. I filed a complaint with URMC about the horribly reprehensible experience that I had with her, and despite having evidence and a witness to solidify my claim, they sided with the NP and dismissed all of the evidence that I provided. It's obvious that they do not care about their patients, and, will protect an incompetent provider at all costs. I see Lola in the office... only. Not because there is anything wrong with the other providers but she is just the nicest, caring provider I have seen there- or really anywhere. She is very personable and makes me feel like she genuinely cares about me. I am there often so we have built a Strong rapport. She really is such a kind caring person. I can’t say how much I appreciate her!!!!
Dr. Lighthouse is extremely thorough and driven to help patients achieve optimum health. I was extremely pleased with my care under Dr. Miraloglu who had previously run the practice and am glad I've decided to continue here.
