I had a fabulous experience with Strong VW in Salt Lake. My service agent, Cameron, was transparent and I requested a timely appointment of two hours due to my rigorous work schedule. DO NOT FALLFOR THE "LIFETIME WARRANTY" BS!! I have had my car (a 2015 Subaru Forester) from Strong for over seven years and have always had the oil changed at Strong. Recently, it overheated, and my husband had to add an entire container of coolant. When I called the service department and asked how it could be so low if they are checking the fluid levels while doing the oil changes.
