Terrible and massively overpriced. I’ve been trying to get them to do the bi-annual maintenance on my new AC unit which they overcharged for and they have given me the run around for months. Unprofessional, deceitful, shady, snd borderline criminal. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Do not walk away, RUN!!!!

We've been using these guys for years. They are trustworthy and always provide great service. Our most recent experience was third week in January 2026 on the Saturday morning before our first freeze is forecasted. We awoke and our heating unit was not working. I emailed Strong Tower and within minutes, Josh called me asking about the problem. Upon explaining the circumstances, he immediately asked if anyone had been in my attic.
