Terrible customer service. The monitoring operations system is easily the worst I've ever had to work with. The first time I called to place my system on test, I was placed on a 10 minute hold, then the operator answered me and said I had to be transferred because she "couldn't place the system on test, I had to call service." Then was placed on another 5 minute hold, call went through and that operator hung up on me. We have had one issue after another with them. Constant delays and an overall lack of communication. Haven't followed through on things they said they'd do either.
