If I could rate this business a 0 I would. The Asian American temporary dentist was the rudest, and cruelest dentist I have ever met. Very harsh when giving anesthesia. Practically jamming the syringe into mouth. When repeatedly telling her that it was still painful, she decides to yell “stop complaining”. Didn’t even let the anesthesia kick in and went in with scalpel. Made my mother feel ashamed about the condition of her teeth. I have had such bad luck with dentists, until now, Dr Ernst is the best!! Not once was I apprehensive. Seriously, I haven't had such a nice, caring Dentist. And he's awesome at tooth extraction!! I wish I could give this Dentist and his staff more than 5 stars.

Genuinely concerned for the people saying this is the best dentist they've been to. There's a reason their availability is wide open.... The primary doctor is super kind but that routine "cleaning" was less thorough than my spin brush at home. Not to mention, it took a solid hour (40 min of it was waiting even though I had the 8 am appt) and all they did was look at my teeth and give me a 2 min polish. The staff and dentist are friendly, and seem to be very competent and compassionate. Dr. Randy was very congenial and straightforward. I had my first visit only, so X-rays and consult, brief exam and just a tooth polishing . I go back for dental work later this month. Only reason I did not give 5 stars , is because the waiting area and bathroom needed cleaning. The actual treatment areas seemed clean, though. But aesthetics in any medical office, really matter.

I’ve honestly never had a better experience at a dental office. They were very thorough over the phone with what to expect, advised things may not get done, but they would do every thing they could. They certainly did just that. I got two pictures done and a filling and was there less an hour! Staff and the Dr were very friendly. Highly recommend!
