My experience is five stars. The staff is courteous and helpful and friendly they make you feel welcome. They work hard to get you the appointment and time you request. Review for Dr. Randy Dr. Randy is wonderful. He is very personable. He cares. He explains exactly what you need and why. He makes you feel like you are the most important person at the moment- your needs are a priority. The work he does is excellent and I trust his skills completely. I highly recommend Dr. Randy. I felt so dismissed by Dr Goins. He gave me a referral to an oral surgeon without explaining why. I raised a question while I was on the dental chair and his response was to come to the front desk. I was already feeling off going to the front desk coz what kind of bedside manner does a Dr have discussing a pt's concern in the front desk? I was so surprised he handed me a referral to go to a Maryland Oral surgery without saying anything further. This is really and disappointing. Showed up 10 mins early for my child’s first dentist appointment and was greeted with locked doors. I knocked and called, couldn’t get through to anyone. 5 minutes after her appointment was supposed to start, an employee pulls up and tried to hurry in another door without acknowledging us standing at the front door.. I stopped them to ask if they were open and if the dentist was here to do our appointment. Was told ‘yea we got stuck behind a school bus give me a minute’.
