I would give them 0 stars if I could. I had strongs heating and cooling come over to look at my unit 3 times last year. The first time they added refrigerant to it and it worked for a couple months then it quit working correctly. I called them back 2 more times because my unit wasn’t cooling the house at all. I could set the thermostat on 60 and the house would stay at about 78 degrees with the unit consistently running. Do not call these people. I was cussed out on the phone for asking for an appointment late in the day because their guys, "don't work after 4:30, they get up too early to do that" . Owner has very short temper and was extremely rude for no reason. I said I guess I'll find another company if this is how you treat people, he said "I don't care what the F*** you do" and hung up on me.
