Had them out to replace both the inside and outdoor units roughly a year ago and they were very quick and professional.
Always had good service with Strong's, have used for repairs and routine care of my ancient heat pump.
Do not call these people. I was cussed out on the phone for asking for an appointment late in the day because their guys, "don't work after 4:30, they get up too early to do that" . Owner has very short temper and was extremely rude for no reason. I said I guess I'll find another company if this is how you treat people, he said "I don't care what the F*** you do" and hung up on me.
