I recently had a great experience at Strong Roots. The visit was efficient and the staff were friendly. I appreciated the quick turnaround, making it a positive dental experience overall. Following up on my earlier review: unfortunately, my most recent visit was disappointing. The experience declined once additional services were recommended. Had a great cleaning, staff is very thorough with everything! Set me and my husband up with good plans!!
They canceled my appointment after I booked it through Zocdoc, saying the time slot was no longer available and that their system doesn’t sync quickly enough with Zocdoc. However, they then reported to Zocdoc that I was a no-show, which is completely false. I did not miss the appointment, it was canceled by their office. As a result, Zocdoc is now threatening to suspend my account. This is so unprofessional and rude!
