Such a great experience at Strong Roots! Little to no wait time and really liked the team.
I’ve been going to strong roots dental regularly every 6 months for a cleaning. The staff is very friendly and always makes sure I feel comfortable during my teeth cleanings. I highly recommend them!
Dentists and Hygienists are good, have had 2 cleanings, 2 crowns placed and multiple cavities filled this year at this office, and also currently doing invisalign. Office said my insurance would cover $2k of the invisalign treatment, which was the deciding factor in me doing it. One month later after I had already started the treatment and they had shaved gaps in between my teeth, they notified me my insurance did not cover it. I had an appointment scheduled with Dr. Ramya at Strong Roots Dental in Hoboken, but when I got there, I was seen by Dr. Patel instead. No explanation or heads-up. During the visit, Dr. Patel stressed multiple times how urgent it was for me to get a root canal, saying it couldn’t wait and that the prognosis wouldn’t be good otherwise. He also said one of my crowns needed to be redone. Super convenient location and really nice staff. You even get a pair of gucci glasses to shield the light and water during your cleaning.
