This gym is everything! I’ve never done any strength/weight training and I love it.The gym is set up for small group classes (6 or less) and every person has their own station with all of the equipment necessary.The coaches design the classes for your whole body every week.They demonstrate each exercise, no matter how many times you’ve done it before, which is a great reinforcement.They monitor each person and correct your form so you won’t hurt yourself.The people in all my classes are great and we always have fun. Strong Republic is a place to be. It is a very welcome facility and you feel that they care about everyone of us.
Excellent supervision and instruction by skilled trainers. Classes are well paced and challenging- time goes by quickly and efficiently with great workouts
Strong Republic welcomed me in and has made me feel right at home. Changing from another gym can be very uncomfortable, yet I have had a wonderful transition. I am very happy to say, I look forward to my workout each day.
Facility is clean and organized. Equipment is taken care of. The workouts are for anyone and everyone that you can tailor to your own level. Coaches are positive and encouraging.
